She chooses to weaken the opponent before striking in hopes for more damage dealt. She doesn't like to battle much, and it shows in the way she handles herself on a battle field. Looks: Alexis is a tall girl, standing at nearly five feet nine inches, with slender legs and long slender arms. She has dark blue eyes, and raven black hair. Her hair is styled in two pigtails, usually curled, and a straight line bang. She has a tan complexion from her childhood spent roaming Quest Island. She prefers easy traveling clothes, though isn't completely opposed to dressing up for formal events. Her outfits of choice consist of shorts or capris, light colored tee shirts and tank tops, and hiking boots or sneakers.

Personality: Alexis is an outspoken girl, and is definitely not afraid to speak her mind. She's quick to tell people off, though she will apologize if she feels like she is in the wrong. Being an only child, she is prone to feeling selfish, though she knows how to be modest and conservative. She is a bit of an act first think later person, and often times doesn't think about the consequences and as such laments greatly on most of her actions.

Despite her rough attitude, Alexis is a sweet girl and treats all her friends and family kindly, and this includes the Pokemon of her friends and family. She considers all Pokemon to be her friend, and would gladly sacrifice her health to protect one in danger without thinking.

History: Born in Quest Island to a couple from Saffron City escaping the big city life. Her parents are both retired breeders, raising their Pokemon in peace on Quest Island. As a child, Alexis was always interested in Pokemon, admiring their grace and beauty in their natural habitats. She's grown used to seeing Pokemon in a natural environment from her many days spent roaming the Sevault Canyon with her childhood friends Ryan and Andy. Her parents never did approve of her disappearing into the canyon with her friends, but Victor and Lydia could never stop their daughter's headstrong personality.

The family often traveled from island to island for vacations once a year, and as such Alexis has been to each island since they started traveling when she was six.
Alexis came across Sentret when she was fifteen. It had been after her two friends had left to find bigger and better things than island life, leaving Alexis to explore the canyon on her own again. Sentret had been left to fend for itself after a battle. Alexis brought him home, and had since bonded after nursing him back to health.
